Ingredients:
● 1 (150G) SERVING – 80 CALORIE FAT FREE VANILLA GREEK YOGURT
● 1 CUP OF PUMPKIN PUREE – 70 CALORIES
● ½ TSP CINNAMON
● ¼ TSP NUTMEG
● 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
● 4 TABLESPOONS LIGHT COOL WHIP – 40 CALORIES

Instructions:

● MIX TOGETHER PUMPKIN, CINNAMON, NUTMEG, VANILLA AND 2 TBSP COOL
WHIP
● LAYER PUMPKIN MIXTURE, GREEK YOGURT AND THE REMAINING COOL WHIP IN A CUP OR BOWL
● SERVE AND ENJOY!

This is a fairly healthy dessert or snack that can help curb cravings while being macronutrient friendly so that you can stay on track to meeting your health and fitness goals. This recipe based on the calculations of ingredients we used was 190 calories, with 14g of protein, 2g of fat and 30g of carbs. Be sure to check your ingredients and serving sizes to check the macronutrient totals for ingredients that you use. If you have room in your macronutrients you can crumble a graham cracker to add to the bottom or top with some crushed nuts (this can help to add some crunch and more flavor to this recipe without adding a lot of extra calories or fat. As you can see in the photo we used, we chose to add some graham cracker crumbs to the bottom for that picture.
