The recipe I wanted to share with you today is extremely simple, requires minimal ingredients and preparation time. Most of the time for this recipe will be because of freezing required to get the frozen yogurt consistency. This is a fantastic treat to get protein in your body. This can be eaten as a snack or dessert that can potentially help you meet your macronutrient goals and curb any sweets cravings you may be having.

Please remember this recipe is approximately 250 calories with 23g of protein according to the ingredients we used. You should calculate the macronutrients based on the ingredients that you use and have available to you. If you have room in your macros (macronutrients) then you can add berries or some sugar-free flavored syrup. As long as you remember to calculate any additional calories to make sure it fits your macronutrient needs then there are many toppings you could add, for example some of the members of our Unorthodox Training Membership Program have said they enjoy crushing some unsalted peanuts or almonds to put on top. One of our members said that they also like to add some peanut butter protein powder to increase protein amount and make a peanut butter frozen yogurt. Calculating and tracking your macronutrients can be great for helping to optimize your nutrition with your fitness to achieve the results that you want.
