This is an extremely simple recipe to follow and it has a good amount of healthy fats and protein. You can change the bread used to lower the macronutrients for example in the past in some recipes we have used Schmidt 647 bread which is calorie/ macronutrient friendly bread. If you need less fats or lower calories you could go with half an avocado and mash it into a paste to spread on toast.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED (Ingredients)
● 2 SLICES CHICKEN or Turkey BACON – 60 CALORIES
● 1 AVOCADO – 230 CALORIES
● 2 PIECES HONEY WHEAT BREAD – 130 CALORIES
● HANDFUL SPINACH
● SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


Instructions : HOW TO PREPARE
● TOAST TWO PIECES OF HONEY WHEAT BREAD
● PREHEAT PAN TO MEDIUM-HIGH HEAT; COOK BACON 2-3
MINUTES EACH SIDE
● SLICE AVOCADO AND SPREAD IT ALONG TOAST
● ADD HALF THE SPINACH ON EACH
● AND SALT AND PEPPER AND ENJOY!

CALORIES: 420
PROTEIN: 18G
FAT: 24G
CARBS: 39G

Remember to calculate the macronutrients to properly log the macronutrient totals. Depending on which ingredients or brands you use the totals may vary.
