Anabolic Sloppy Joes Recipe



This is our take on a classic sandwich. Today’s recipe is the anabolic sloppy joe. This recipe packs 55.2g of protein per serving.   • 4oz. Lean Beef (96/4% ground beef was used to make this recipe)
  • 4oz. Ground Turkey Breast
  • ½ cup Crushed Tomatoes (or favorite pasta sauce)**
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped Onion
  • 2 tbsp. BBQ Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Hamburger Roll

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat
  2. Sauté your onion, ground beef and turkey until almost cooked through
  3. Add in your crushed tomatoes and seasonings
  4. Cook additional 2 minutes
  5. Serve over roll of choice
