Anabolic Pizza Rolls Recipe



This is a super fast delicious recipe that can be prepped and made within 30 minutes. Today’s recipe is anabolic pizza rolls. Be sure to check your ingredients for logging and tracking your macronutrient intake so that you are working towards your health and fitness goals.



1) One can Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls bought from the store

2) 61g of pizza sauce

3) 112g of Fat Free Mozzarella

4) 15g of Turkey Pepperoni


Open the crescent rolls and lay them out flat without separating

Chop up the turkey pepperoni into small bits

Add pizza sauce, pepperoni, cheese evenly to each crescent roll and roll them up.

Cut the long roll into roughly one inch pieces.

Bake in the oven at 375 F. for 10-15 minutes, let them cool after taking them out of the oven and enjoy.
