3-5g Zero Calorie Sweetener
5g Vanilla Extract
4 Slices of Any Bread (vary in calories/ macronutrients)
Mix egg whites, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a bowl or Tupperware dish. If you prefer you can save the cinnamon to add with the sweetener before you eat it instead of adding it to the mixture.
Using a skillet on medium heat you can spray it with some cooking spray or use some olive oil to lightly lubricate the bottom of skillet to prevent sticking.
Dip bread into the egg white mixture and add it to the skillet, cook until the bottom is toasted and flip to cook the other side.
Put on a plate and sprinkle zero calorie sweetener whether it’s a confectioner type of zero calorie sweetener or other zero calorie sweetener is up to your preference.
