The workout we have come up with today to post is the Acnologia Workout! This one is inspired by the physique that Acnologia has in the anime Fairy Tail. Don’t forget that nutrition plays an important role when striving to achieve various fitness and strength goals!

Research process for celebrities/characters/etc:

When we are researching workouts for different anime characters, celebrities, cartoon characters, athletes, politicians, etc… We go through a fairly large deep dive into the data we can find available through books, movies, comic books, interviews, articles that have been written, and we often even reach out to contact the individuals to gather data if at all possible. Then using our education and knowledge we formulate workout information based on what the research and outreach information obtained.

Explanation:

We’re going to be training with 3 days of weight training that revolve around a PPL split (Push, Pull, Legs Split) and then we’ll also have a full body circuit training day and the final day of the routine will be for some extra endurance work that can be turned into some bonus high intensity interval training if you prefer.

Wednesday: Dragon King Pull and Calisthenics

Thursday: Mage Endurance Work or HIIT Sub

Friday: Dragon King Legs and Calisthenics

Saturday: Rest or Optional Additional Work

Sunday: Rest Day

Acnologia Workout Routine: Mage Endurance Work or HIIT Sub

For your endurance, HIIT or MMA/Parkour days you have quite a few options.
You can utilize other workouts posted on Unorthodox Training OR you can do 45-60+ minutes of varied cardio (bike, treadmill, elliptical, stairs, row, swim, etc.)…OIf you are a member of our membership there are many more resources and information modules available to you for helping you with your fitness training.

You can also do running based on your fitness level.

Option One – Run Based on Overall Fitness Level:

Beginner: 1-3 Miles

Intermediate: 3-5 Miles

Advanced: 5+ Miles

Another option would be low intensity steady state cardio.

Option Two – Varied Cardio for 45-60 Minutes:

Split your cardio up however you’d like but complete 45-60+ minutes using:

  • Treadmill Walk/Run
  • Rower Machine
  • StairMaster
  • Elliptical
  • Swim
  • Bike

The final option would be to use a form of high intensity interval training which can be found in some of our information in the membership if you have a membership. If you don’t have a membership and don’t want a membership you can also find some of our hiit training options in some of the workout posts we have done in the past.
